Frank P. Diaz – CEO

Frank has practiced as a Vocational Consultant for over thirty years, serving as a counselor for industrially injured employees, sight and hearing impaired individuals, developmentally disabled individuals, individuals with substance abuse issues, as well as the economically disadvantaged, and those simply wanting a career change.  Mr. Diaz is the Past-President of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) California Chapter.   He has served on the Diminished Future Earning Capacity (DFEC) Committee for the California Applicant Attorneys’ Association (CAAA).  He has served as a Member-at-Large for the Organization of Bilingual Rehabilitation Professionals.  Mr. Diaz is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).  Frank Diaz created a case management software, Case Manager Pro, in 1987.  Case Manager Pro was highly reviewed, and sold in the State of California to 70 users at 21 companies.  

 

Diana C. Morningstar– Chief Programmer

Diana has been in the technology field for over 30 years, and has been coding for the web since the mid 90's. She is a seasoned programmer, and has taught college level programming classes at College of the Siskiyous. She also creates 3D computer art, and has taught young people to use 3D art and modeling tools at a charter school. Her experience also includes hardware design and assembly coding in the early years of microprocessors, automated hardware test, and software quality assurance. Diana has kept her skills and knowledge up to date in an ever changing field. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Biophysics from the University of Connecticut.
