"An excellent information management tool. The screens are clean, easy to view, with
the usual drop-downs. I can see that some people might react to the price, but when one
considers the power of the program, i.e. managing 25-50 counselors from your desk,
then I think it is a no-brainer. If I was an owner and manager of a service company,
understanding the risk of potential problems of employees working in areas of litigation
while representing my company is essential. I am not an alarmist here, but I have reviewed hundreds of legal cases involving the testimony of rehab professionals and some things which are said or written may occasionally be open to caution and discussion.

 

As a manager/owner, I would want to know what is going on with my staff. I wouldn’t have the need to always be looking over one’s shoulder, but I would want to know about counselor(s) activity. I think this program would give me that information. An impressive program. It contains some good thinking, and the essential elements needed for the small rehab company."
